How Soon Can I Start Looking For Foreclosures?

When you’re just starting out using creative financing to build your business, you may wonder how soon you can start looking for properties to buy. I’d have to say this is totally up to you. You can start looking right away, but, at the same time, you should be taking a lot of time to study the materials in my courses. There’s a lot of information to cover, so you really want to dive in and get familiar with it before you get on the phone with potential sellers.

You have to think of building your multi-million-dollar business like getting a college degree. It takes time and a whole lot of studying to get a degree. Then, it takes practice in your field. In the same way, learning my courses is going to take time and energy. The courses aren’t something you’re going to get through in an hour or two. You’re going to have to commit to studying the various topics and practicing them as you go. You can also commit to attending a live training, as they’re power packed with excellent information and applicable steps.

What’s Your Level Of Knowledge?

How comfortable are you with explaining to sellers exactly how you can help them? How you can solve the housing problem they’re having? Do you really understand the material in the foreclosure course? Have you gone through it several times?

How Soon Can I Start Looking For Foreclosures?

You may have a background in real estate, which can give you a jump-start. If so, that’s great. But if you’re new to REI, then I suggest you get right into educating yourself using the website and courses before you start looking for foreclosures. At the same time, you can certainly start looking to get a feel for what’s out there. And, should you come across a deal, that can sometimes really motivate you to put the time into learning what you need to know to move forward.

How Long Does It Take To Learn The Material?

As with any business, it’s going to take some time to learn what you need to learn to get going. I suggest going through the courses at least twice. Really get to know the material, practicing the scripts, and becoming an expert at what you’re doing. There are novices and there are experts. Which one would you rather work with? Exactly. Get in there, and put the time in to study and you’ll be alright. You’ll also feel more confident when you do start looking for foreclosures and trust me, confidence matters when you’re conversing with potential sellers.

If you haven’t committed to one of my courses yet, consider doing so. The Foreclosure Investing Mastery course will teach you all you need to know to get started, as it’s jam packed with videos and applicable information throughout tons of modules. Plus, I include a lot of bonus material and resources that will help you get even more out of the course. Get in there and get started. It’ll be well worth your time and effort.
