Will more people probably say no than yes, sure, especially at first, but each no will eventually lead you to a yes.

Don’t Make Excuses

There is no excuse not to work on your business every day. Even if you have been in the real estate investing business for years, you should always continue your learning. You need to be on the phone, cold calling, going out and networking, putting up signs and working on your marketing. Each one of these efforts, if you do them regularly, will lead to building your business.

Take The Time To Refresh

Yes, hard work and perseverance are integral to your success. But, taking the time to recharge is also important. Make sure you are scheduling time for the things that matter most: family, hobbies, health. Taking care of yourself will help you focus and be in the right mindset when you are working on your business.
