A powerful tool in creative real estate investing is testimonials. Written testimonials are great, but the best way to show how you can help a motivated seller is with a video testimonial on your website.
It’s okay if you don’t have this right away. Remember, once you close a deal, ask the seller if you can record their experience for your REI website.

This is helpful when you present and educate sellers during your appointment and gives them a chance to learn more.
Using your REI Website for Lead Generation
Websites are great for getting the contact information for new leads. If someone goes to your website but doesn’t leave their contact information, it is a waste. So, asking for a quick entry of their email address before they can access some of your informational content gives you the opportunity to follow up with them. This list also helps with building a list for marketing campaigns.
Once you have a website, you can have it on your business cards, in your presentation binder for appointments with motivated sellers, and on marketing material. Some people are phone shy, so this gives them an opportunity to make contact when they otherwise wouldn’t.
